Registered office
Correspondence and legal notices should be addressed to our registered office. This is also the address our goods are dispatched from.
When we are open
Our office answers calls from 10:00 to 18:00 IST, Monday to Saturday, except public holidays. Messages left outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
What to include
If your question is about a specific order or payment, quoting the order number or the invoice number gets you a useful answer on the first reply rather than the third. For a payment, the date and the amount help us find it quickly.
Grievances
If something has gone wrong and an ordinary reply has not resolved it, write to the registered office marked for the attention of the Grievance Officer, or call the number above and ask for the same. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 working days of receipt.
