Grav Clothing is a readymade garment manufacturer based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Who we are
GRAV CLOTHING PVT LTD is a private limited company incorporated in India and registered in the State of Odisha. We manufacture and supply readymade garments and apparel from our facility in Bhubaneswar.
Our work covers the full run of a garment order: sourcing and storing raw material, pattern making and cutting, stitching and finishing, quality inspection, and packaging and dispatch to the customer.
What we do
We take orders from businesses and institutions and produce to specification. A typical order moves through our floor in stages, each handled by its own team:
- Merchandising and design — working out the specification, the bill of materials and the costing with the customer.
- Store and purchase — sourcing fabric and trims, and holding them against the order.
- Cutting — pattern grading and marker planning, then cutting to the size breakdown.
- Production — stitching, assembly and finishing, tracked against the work order.
- Quality control — inspection at defined gates before an order is allowed to move on.
- Packaging and dispatch — packing to the customer's requirement and handing over to the carrier.
How we run
The company runs on its own management system, which is what this site signs you in to. It holds the order book, production status, stock, quality records and dispatch history, so that a question about an order has one answer rather than several.
Customers and suppliers we work with regularly are given their own access, where they can see the orders that concern them and the documents attached to them.
